1.  Parents will be receiving a letter in the mail about expired blue immunization cards. If you receive a letter stating your child’s card has expired, or will expire over the summer, you must bring in an updated card or your child will not receive a schedule.

2.  Also I am sending home medication form to be filled out by the doctor if your child receives medication at school or has an emergency medication. (i.e. Epi-Pen, Diastat, or Glucagon) .Please have this at the beginning of the school year to avoid any confusion or possibly a problem. 

3.  Also, don’t forget to pick up your child’s medicine on or before May 23 or it will be wasted.

I encourage you to take care of this as soon as possible. Closer to the beginning of the year, doctor’s offices will become booked up and it will be hard to get in the have this taken care of.  If you have any questions, please call the school.
