As you are aware, the Tuscaloosa County School System now has a parent notification system. This system is used during emergency situations (ex. school closings due to severe weather) and also for school messages. Phone calls and e-mails go to the numbers and addresses that we have on file for you. If your number or e-mail address changes you must notify us in order for the messages to get to the correct numbers and addresses.
Text messages are not automatically sent. In order to receive text messages YOU must send a text message with the text of Y to 68453 from the phone that you wish the messages to be sent.
