Hello All,

I currently teach Social Studies 6 here at Brookwood Middle School. I have also worked for the Tuscaloosa City School System and the Center for Teaching and Learning at the University of Alabama. I received both my Bachelor of Science degree and Master of Arts degree in Elementary Education from the University of Alabama – Roll Tide!

I have one son, Michael, of whom I am very proud. He is an avid runner and off-road enthusiast. I also have 2 dogs and 1 cat – Fred, a Basset Hound, Ripley, a Jack Russell Terrier, and Mr. B, a rescued cat.
