For instructional purposes, the Tuscaloosa County Schools are organized into three Regions, with each Region being composed of two high school clusters. The regions are directed by the "Directors of Curriculum & Instruction (C&I)" Dr. David Scott and Dr. Daniel Bray. The coordinators of secondary instruction is Dr. Lillie Lewis and Mrs. Deidra Crain.
