• New Middle School for the Sipsey Valley Community

Plans for a new middle school for the Sipsey Valley community are well underway. This new school will house grades 5th – 8th and will be located across the road from the existing school. As growth continues in this area, it is not only affecting the middle & high school but feeder schools as well. So that we can alleviate capacity concerns from all schools in the feeder pattern, Buhl, Myrtlewood, and Westwood will become Pre-K through 4th grade schools. Students will then attend the new Sipsey Valley Middle School for grades 5 through 8 and finish at Sipsey Valley High for grades 9 through 12.
