Congratulations to our 2021 TCSS Educator Recognition Award recipients! The individuals selected as this year's honorees are a representation of the many outstanding faculty and staff members who serve our students and community so well, particularly throughout the challenges of the past year.

Through our Educator Recognition Awards, each school selects an educator and education support professional as school-level award winners. From this group of honorees, a committee selects system-wide winners: two educators (elementary and secondary levels) and a support professional. A committee also selects a Principal of the Year and Assistant Principal of the Year. The two system-wide educator honorees move forward in the Alabama Teacher of the Year selection process. We wish them both good luck!
