Architects & Construction Managers Approved for Various Construction Projects

    At the February 22 Board of Education meeting, the Board approved items related to construction projects across the Tuscaloosa County School System. These projects are being funded by approximately $22 million Alabama Public School and College Authority (APSCA) bond issue money. In order to be funded with this money, projects must be completed within the next two years.

    Architect and Construction Manager Approved for Vance Elementary Addition

    Architect and Construction Manager Approved for Myrtlewood Elementary Renovation

    Architect and Construction Manager Approved for Northside Middle Expansion/Renovation

    Architect and Construction Manager Approved for Hillcrest High cafeteria expansion

    Construction manager approved for Northside High Baseball Facility

    At the February 8 Board of Education meeting, an architect was approved for the addition of a Career Technical Education Annex at Hillcrest High and an activity building for Taylorville Primary.
