Health Science Partnership Between HPES & TCHS

    What a great partnership between Huntington Place Elementary School and the Northport Career Tech Annex!
     
    Students in Mrs. Workman’s Health Science Class recently visited Mrs. Lett’s 4th graders. The Health Science students got experience instructing on CPR, taking a pulse, how to put on personal protective equipment, and more.
     
    The 4th graders got a glimpse of what working in the medical field involves, and a preview of the opportunities that are ahead for them in our Career Technical Education programs.
     
    The two schools have been participating in this partnership for several years.
