Mark your calendar for Friday, September 8, 2023 – TCSS Hat Day for United Way! 

United Way of West Alabama funds dozens of non-profit agencies in our community that support our TCSS students and families. TCSS is proud to be ranked in the Top 25 for Employee Giving to United Way. This year, we’re providing a way for our students to give back to their community, through our local United Way. 

On Friday, September 8, TCSS students can show their support for United Way of West Alabama by wearing their favorite hat to school. Students may also bring a monetary contribution of any amount to school - no amount is too small. All donations will go to United Way of West Alabama.  

Now for the fun part… 

***TAPE Your Administrator to the WALL!*** 

The elementary, intermediate/middle, and high school with the most contributions (one school from these three categories) will get to tape their administrator to the wall!   

***Ice Cream Party*** 

For the high school attendance zone with the most contributions, every school in that attendance zone will celebrate with an ice cream party.
