Notes from the School Nurse
Students must be fever free, diarrhea and/or vomiting free for 24 hours WITHOUT medication before returning to school
Does your child need medication administered at school?
*Medication must be in a new bottle with prescription label. This medication must be left at the school full-time.
Medication brought in by a student will not be accepted. PARENTS MUST BRING MEDICATION TO THE SCHOOL!
*A PPA form must be filled out by a physician. Click here --- to download a PPA form if needed.
