    All positions will be remunerated according to the Tuscaloosa County School System Salary Schedule. All job descriptions will be in accordance with the Tuscaloosa County Organizational Charts and Job Description manual.

    403(b) Plans offered through the payroll process are available to all employees paid by the Tuscaloosa County Board of Education payroll department (including substitutes). A 403(b) Plan is an employee paid benefit.
