Welcome to Northside High School and 2018 ninth grade English.  We will be studying world authors this year.  Get ready to meet some interesting characters, including, a henpecked husband in France, a suspicious brother-in-law in Spain, a wife who waited faithfully in Ithaca, and surely the most beautiful woman in Verona, Italy.  What characteristics make a hero?  What are the results of the choices we make?  Let's spend a school year exploring all of this together.
