    Hold Certificiate of Clincial Competence from American Speech-Language Hearing Association and License from Alabama Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.

    Experience


    Bibb County- served pre-school age to 21 years old.  Provided therapy for articulation, language, fluency, and augmentative communication disorders.

    Westwood and Buhl Elementary School- Kindergarten to 5th grade. Provide therapy for articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders. 

    University of Alabama Speech and Hearing Center- supervised student clinicians. 

    Sipsey Valley Middle and High Schools- provide therapy for articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders. 

     

    Bio


    I am from Winston County, Alabama.  I received a B.A. in Communicative Disorders from the University of Alabama in 2001 and a M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology in 2003.  I worked one year in Bibb county schools.  I began working at Westwood and Buhl Elementary schools in August 2004.  I currently serve Westwood Elementary, Buhl Elementary, and Sipsey Valley Middle and High Schools. 

    I have two sons, Drew and Ashten.  We stay busy with sports almost all year.
