    Lacey Sullivan, Mike Hogue, and Shatisa Pierce, TCHS teachers and staff, were selected as nominees to represent Tuscaloosa County High School in the 2016-2017 Classified and Certified Hall of Fame for Educators for the Tuscaloosa County School System.  Lacey Sullivan has been a bookkeeper at TCHS for four years and represented TCHS as the classified personnel nominee.  Mike Hogue, the Jacksonville State Teacher Hall of Fame nominee, teaches computer classes and has been at County High for seventeen years.  He previously taught for eleven years at Northport Junior High/Lloyd Wood Middle School. Shatisa Pierce has taught English at TCHS  for eleven years and was the Alabama Teacher Hall of Fame nominee.  These TCSS emplloyees were recognized at a banquet Thursday, January 26th at the University Church of Christ.​

    Mrs. Hogue was the TCHS nominee for the 2016 Champions of Character Award from the Tuscaloosa Character Council.
