• Hello fellow Ironmen! My name is Jacqueline McNealey and it is my pleasure to serve as your principal. I have worked as an administrator in the Tuscaloosa County School system for the past ten years as an assistant principal at Sipsey Valley Middle and High School, Holt Elementary, and Collins- Riverside Middle School. Before entering the realm of administration, I was a 6th grade math teacher at Collins Riverside Middle School and a 5th grade teacher at Holt Elementary School. Before coming to the Tuscaloosa County School System in 2000, I taught 5th grade at Glen Oaks Elementary School in Fairfield, Alabama. I am a graduate of Parker High School in Birmingham, and received my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from  Alabama State University. I also received my Master's degree in Educational Leadership from The University of Alabama. My husband Jeffrey McNealey, is an English teacher at Tuscaloosa County High School, where our oldest child, Amaya, is a senior. I have twin boys, Noah and Jonah, who attend Echols Middle School in the 7th grade and my youngest, Gabriel, is entering the 4th grade at Faucett Vestavia Elementary School. My vision for Holt High School is it to continue to be a school of significance, meaning high expectations, high achievement, and performing at higher levels.  The faculty, community, stake holders, parents, and administration are all committed to work together to achieve this goal. GO IRONMEN!
