• My name is Cynthia Lovell. I am proud to teach at Holt High School. I began teaching in 1993 at Eastwood Middle School. I have served at two additional schools during my time period of teaching. I am from Tuscaloosa, Alabama. I have two degrees for the University of Alabama in Special Education- Emotional Conflict. I also received my Educational Specialist Degree in Teaching and Learning from Liberty University. This will be my 23rd year to teach as a special education teacher. I truly enjoy being a teacher and feel that it is a calling for me. I was married for 29 years to a wonderful husband that I lost to Covid January 2021. I have two children, ages 25 and 21 who are my blessings. I enjoy spending time with my family and serving at my church. I look forward to continuing to work with your children here at Holt High School.
