Greetings!
I am blessed to be married to my college sweetheart, Greg Dixon. We have two married children and two grandsons. To date, I have taught in three schools: Greensboro East High School, Holt High School, and now GRAD Academy at the Lloyd Wood Education Center.
I have been a national education consultant for schools in eleven (11) states. As a consultant, I helped propel the direction of schools and universities as well as provided professional development as needed.
I am a member of the Northport church of Christ where we search for ways to serve others. I have had the privilege of going on several mission trips: Meeker, Colorado; Long Island, New York; Greater Portmore, Jamaica (twice), and Mosquito River, Tanzania in East Africa. I will be returning to Mosquito River soon.
Covid has not stopped my joy for living. I seek refuge in God's word and trust Him to lead my path. Currently, I am serving him by volunteering with a non-profit group to drill wells in Sub-Saharan, Africa.
I am blessed.
