Ross Perdue graduated from the University of Alabama in 1999, and is currently working his 20th year in education. In 2000, he went to work for the Alabama Disabilities Advocacy Program and served 3 years, providing legal based advocacy for individuals with special needs across the state. In late 2003, Ross began teaching students with Special Needs in the Bibb County School District. He moved to the Tuscaloosa County School District in 2005, and has served in various teaching roles within the county. He has served as an instructional coach within the district, and is currently teaching at Lloyd Wood Education Center in the Elevate Program. Ross holds a BA in education MAP (Multiple Abilities Program), MA in Elementary Education, and EDS in Administration.
