About me: I am married to Derek for 14 years.  We have a 10-year-old son named Jackson.  Our family has two dogs (Happy and Tua) and a cat (Carla).  We love all things to do with water and the outdoors.  We enjoy adventures and new things.  Places you may find us include: church, scouts, hiking, swimming, University of Alabama sports events or visiting friends.  I am an education nerd and LOVE all subjects of science.
