    Experience:
    This is my fourth year teaching! I taught 2nd grade for two years in Mississippi and this is my second year teaching 2nd grade at Flatwoods! So, I have always taught 2nd grade and love it!!
    Bio:
    My name is Kelly Gilliland. I was born and raised in a small town in Mississippi. After graduating from high school, I moved to Starkville, Mississippi where I attended Mississippi State University for my undergrad. (Hail State!!) Then, I began teaching 2nd grade at one of the local schools in that area and taught there for 2 years. After meeting and marrying my husband, we decided to move to Alabama because he was born and raised in Tuscaloosa. We now call Northport home and have loved living here! We are expecting our first baby in November and are so excited! I love spending time with my family, relaxing at the beach, and traveling around the world. I am stoked to get this school year started!
