Welcome to 7th grade Geography & Civics! I'm Mrs. Tigert, and this will be my 5th year teaching and 4th at Echols. I love Echols, its community, and its students and am so lucky to have the opportunity to be apart of such a great school!

A little about myself... I am originally from Mobile, Alabama but attended and graduated from The University of Alabama in 2016 and have been living in Tuscaloosa ever since. Last year, my husband and I welcomed our first baby girl into the world, Maddie and have been completely in love ever since. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family, go to the beach, and watch Alabama football.
