- Graduated from Ashford High School in 1987.
- Received an Associates degree from George C. Wallace Community College in Dothan in 1989.
- Graduated from the University of Alabama with a bachelors degree in Secondary Education - Mathematics in 1992.
- Received a masters degree from the University of Alabama in Secondary Education- Mathematics in 1996.
Experience
- For my first year of teaching, I was at South Girard Middle School in Phenix City, AL. I taught 7th grade math, Pre-Algebra, and 7th grade science.
- I taught at Central High School West for seven years. While there, I taught Consumer Math, Pre-Algebra, Algebra IA and Algebra I. I was also the SGA sponsor for three years.
- I have taught at Hillcrest High School since 2000. While here, I have taught Algebra IA, Algebra IB, Algebra I, Geometry, Geometry A, Geometry B and Pre-AP Geometry at Hillcrest. I will be teaching Honors Geometry and Geometry this year.
Bio
I have been married for twenty-six years and have two wonderful kids. I enjoy reading, shopping, working out and traveling. I love Alabama sports. ROLL TIDE!!!
