    • Aging Matters Scholarship (Deadline May 15th, 2023)

      We are excited to announce the SeniorCare.com Aging Matters Scholarship. A $1500 scholarship will be given annually to a selected college student that currently cares for an aging loved one, works within the senior community, or intends to pursue a career that will have an impact on the elder population. Any existing student (or incoming freshman), in good academic standing, at a 2 or 4 year accredited college can apply for this scholarship. And the recipient will demonstrate a unique and admirable understanding and desire to show us that "Aging Matters" to them. Application Deadline: May 15th, 2023

    • Alabama Automotive Manufacturers Association Scholarships (30 Total - (Deadline March 30th, 2023)

      Scholarships are for residents in Alabama who want to pursue a technical education certificate or associate degree in programs related to the automotive manufacturing industry. Students will need to be enrolled in a program at an Alabama community college that is associated with automotive manufacturing careers. Interested students with at least a 2.5 GPA can learn more information and apply directly through the website.

    • Alabama B.A.S.S. Nation Scholarship (Closes May 15th, 2023)

      ABNHS will award up to six (6) scholarships on a competitive basis to an ABNHS member. B.A.S.S. and ABNHS memberships must be current and up-to-date before application is accepted. Applicants may be a high school junior or senior, an entering freshman or currently enrolled in a two or four year college or technical school.  Each scholarship is $1000 for a single recipient per year.  See the link below for requirements and to apply:

      The Alabama Home Builders Foundation scholarship was founded in 1995 with a mission to help fund deserving students who are interested in pursuing an education in the residential building trades in the state of Alabama.       The Airgas ­Jerry Baker Scholarship will be awarded to an undergraduate student pursuing a minimum four-year bachelors degree in welding engineering (WE) or welding engineering technology (WET); however, priority will be given to welding engineering (WE) students interested in pursuing a career with an industrial gas or welding equipment distributor. Applicants must be 18 years or older, have a high school diploma and must be a full-time student. Applicants must also have at least a 2.8 accumulative GPA with a 3.0 GPA in engineering courses and be a citizen of the U.S. or Canada who is or will be attending an academic institution located in the U.S. or Canada. Priority will be given to those individuals residing or attending school in the states of Alabama, Georgia or Florida.       The CollegeCounts Scholarship provides funding assistance to Alabama high school students who demonstrate a financial need and a genuine desire to make a difference. Applicants must be a high school senior or first-time college freshman beginning in fall of the year the scholarship is awarded, be a U.S. citizen, be an Alabama resident and be planning to enroll in an Alabama eligible educational institution in fall.
