Invitations will be sent home with your student on December 19th.


Tickets may be purchased HERE starting November 26, 2018 through January 18, 2019.

Ticket prices:

November 26th - January 6th: $30.00 per ticket

January 7th - January 18th: $40.00 per ticket


ALL ATTENDEES MUST REGISTER. Registration is a part of the Ticket Sale process. If a BHS student is the invited guest of another student and their ticket was purchased for them, they will still need to register to attend

Non-BHS Guests - BHS students may invite one (1) non-BHS guest to the event.  All guests must be high school aged.  A signed and completed GUEST PERMISSION FORM must be completed together by both the BHS student and their guest and submitted to Mrs. Hubbard by January 18th.  This for is your guest's registration.  A ticket does not guarantee admission as a Guest Permission Form must also be on file for this event.

BHS students shall assume responsibility for his/her guest for the entirety of the event.  Guest must follow the dress code and check-in with their invitee.


Formal attire is required.  The Winter Formal is a special night for BHS students and their guests.  It is an opportunity for students to participate in a genuinely formal setting.  To maintain the integrity and formality of this night we will enforce the dress code.

Please make sure to contact the appropriate school administration if there are questions about your formal attire.

Male students should contact Dr. Marshall at and female students should contact Mrs. Hubbard at with question about their apparel prior to the event.

This dress code will be strictly enforced. The administration and faculty of BHS will make all final judgments on the appropriateness of questionable attire.  No refunds will be issued for dress code violations. If you are bringing a guest from another school, it is your responsibility to make sure they adhere to the dress code.




Required: Dress jacket/blazer, button-down collared dress shirt, belt, tie or bow tie, dress slacks, dress shoes, dress socks. Tuxedo and suits optional. Vest and cummerbund optional.

ONE (1) piece floor length or tea length (to the knee) formal dresses only. Slits in dresses must be no higher than 3 inches above the knee.

Shirts must be buttoned and tucked in.

No dresses with sheer panels, visible midriffs or any cut outs allowed.

No denim.

Dresses with the back line cut too low (with reference to the belly button line) are not acceptable.

No athletic shoes, sandals, flip flops.

The sides and the stomach may show as long as they are covered with sheer fabric.

Check-in will take place from 6:45pm - 7:45pm at the entrance of the River Market.  Entrance and exit to the event is through the front entrance.  No students will be allowed to enter the event after 7:45pm without prior permission.  There are no physical tickets.  This is a closed event and no student will be allowed to leave the event and gain re-entry without permission.

Non-BHS guests must check-in with their invitee.
