Pre-K Registration is officially OPEN!!
Myrtlewood Elementary Pre- K Program Registration is open as of January 15th!
General Information:
*Registration starts January 15th and closes Wednesday, March 2nd.
*Drawing for students will be March 9th. The completed packet must be returned to school no later than 3/2/2023 to be eligible for the drawing.
Enrollment is open to children that are 4 years old by 9/1/2023.
If your child is eligible for Kindergarten, they are not eligible for Pre-K.
Requirements:
*Completed online registration https://prek.alaceed.alabma.gov and follow the prompts.
*Provide Myrtlewood Elementary with the following:
*Proof of residency (2 bills and copy of Lease, Deed or mortgage statement. (Documents must have a parent or guardian's name on paperwork)
*Completed TCSS form
*Birth Certificate
*Immunization
*Social Security Card
*Health Assessment form
